CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES
MIMIMA bijoux is always happy to accept custom orders. We are almost limitless on combinations of materials and gemstones to align our models to your wishes.
We just need the colour of your lipstick, outfit or shoes to match your choice of MIMIMA bijoux.
From the creation process to the final moments, we will work together and exchange drawings and pictures of materials and gemstones. You will feel part of this journey, and at the end...I hope you will enjoy wearing MIMIMA bijoux works as much as we do enjoy creating them.
Due to the nature of true handcrafting and the use of natural gemstones, There could be slight variations in shape, colour and size. This ensures that no two pieces are alike, which makes all our MIMIMA bijoux clients feel utterly unique.
Returns:
Custom-made items (pieces that were made to customer's specification) are not returnable. However, I am happy to accommodate certain changes to custom work. Made-to-order pieces, (existing models not currently in stock) are eligible for Exchange or Store Credit only.
In-stock items (when applicable) are returnable for Refund or Exchange.
